SUPPORTED ROW SUPERSET BACK WORKOUT
A PRE-PACKAGED CAMPAIGN OF PAIN. SPEEDRUN YOUR GAINS.
In the below video, I showed you a great back superset for individuals who like free weight bent-over rows but have lower back issues – a pair of torso supported dumbbell rows where one version targets the upper lats (supported bent-over dumbbell row) and the other emphasizes the lower lats (incline dumbbell row). Now here's a workout you can download to your mobile device that incorporates this superset into a complete back "torture" workout, which I briefly went over in the video. ("Torture" in a good way, of course!) Give it a try and let me know what you think. *Note: In the workout below, dumbbell supported bent-over row is listed as a barbell row. Disregard that – I'm still waiting for the dumbbell version to get loaded into the system.
