Place the bar on your back and step out away from any obstacles that might get in the way of this exercise. Start out standing with both feet together. Pick 3 points in front of you. One to the left front, one to the direct front, and one to the right front. Step out to the left, Lunge, planting your front foot and returning to the starting point and then lunge again to the Front, push up again and finally lunge at the final right front point pushing yourself back to the starting position and repeat.
