VARIANT 01

Attach a straight or EZ-bar attachment to the pulley of a lat pulldown station. Reach overhead and grab the bar with am underhand, shoulder-width grip. Your arms and shoulders should all be in a straight line overheard. Sit down on the lat pulldown seat with your legs secured under the support pads. Lock your body into place and begin to curl from overhead to behind your head. Focus on curling using the biceps and reaching a controlled contraction just behind the top of your head. You can also do this exercise kneeling in a cable crossover station, as shown in the photo. It is the same motion dicsussed above but done from a kneeling position on the floor using the high pulley on a cable crossover station.
