A.K.A. Hammer Strength Wide Chest Press Machine
Start- Using a Hammer Machine place both hands onto each one of the bar arms.
Move- Simply press each arm out together to complete full extension contracting the pecs together at the top of the movement. Slowly return back down to the starting position and repeat for reps.
