VARIANT 01
A.K.A. Barbell Power Shrug
START: Stand holding a barbell with an overhand grip in front of your thighs. Both your hands and your feet should be spaced shoulder-width apart.
MOVE: Quickly bend down a little at the knees and immediately reverse that motion exploding up with your thighs and calves while simultaneously shrugging your shoulders up toward your ears as high as possible while keeping your arms straight. Immediately lower the weight back to the start.
