VARIANT 01

Place the bar on your back and step out away from any obstacles that might get in the way of this exercise. Start out in a split stance in the down position. From the Lunge, Jump straight up in the air switching legs while airborne, and landing in the same position you started with your feet switched and repeat the jump immediately without a pause in between jumps

EQUIPMENT: DUMBBELL
VARIANT 02

Hold the Dumbbells by your shoulders much like holding a barbell, or place the dumbbells by your side. Start out in a split stance in the down position. From the Lunge, Jump straight up in the air switching legs while airborne, and landing in the same position you started with your feet switched and repeat the jump immediately without a pause in between jumps
