VARIANT 01

Place a barbell on your back and stand in the erect position. Make sure that the barbell is placed on the traps, not the neck. Keeping your back flat and chest broadened lower down about the hip as and waist keeping your legs straight. Come down to where your upper torso is parallel to the floor below. Extend back up to the starting position ans repeat for reps

START: Stand with a shoulder-width grip and a barbell resting across your traps.

MOVE: Keep your knees slightly bent and lean forward at the waist until your torso is almost parallel to the ground. Return to the start position.
