VARIANT 01

Start- Place a barbell or Dumbbells on the ground to assume a deadlift start with your hands reversed so that the palms are facing forward. Position yourself over the barbell to start the 1st of the 3 movements.

Move- Start out and deadlift the barbell to the mid thigh and then curl the barbell into a bicep curl up to the shoulders and finally complete the movement with a reverse barbell shoulder press
