VARIANT 01

Sit on a bench, the floor, or a bed and place a foot in one handle. Clip one end of the band to the handle, wrap the band back around your waist, and clip the other end of the band to the handle. Start by sitting upright with your working leg extended out in front of you and the handle at around the ball of your foot. Contract your calf muscle to extend your ankle, squeezing the muscle at the top and holding for one or two counts. Slowly lower back (flex the ankle), and continue repping out. Complete on that leg, then switch legs.
