VARIANT 01
Stand with a shoulder-width stance hold a pair of light dumbbells and bend forward from the hips so that your torso is just above parallel with the floor. Starting with your arms hanging straight down perpendicular with the floor, slowly pull the dumbbells up to just outside your face. Hold the up position for a second, then slowly lower the bar back to the start and repeat for reps.
