A.K.A. Rope Cable Crunch

While on your keeps in front of and cable type machine, grasp a Tricep rope; contract your abs to bring your head towards your knees.

START: Face a high cable pulley with a rope attached to it on your knees. Grasp the ends of the rope and bring your hands down to the top of your head, where they remain fixed throughout the movement. Bend over at the waist so that your back is almost flat with the floor.

MOVE: Curl your torso down to bring your elbows toward your knees. Hold this position and flex your abs for a second before slowly lowering back to the start.Step 2Step 3
