VARIANT 01
A.K.A. Band Concentration Curl

Stand on the band with a handle inside your foot and a short length of band. Bend at the knees and waist to bring your torso down close to parallel with the floor, grab the handle in one hand (same side as the foot the band is underneath), and place that elbow up against your inner thigh to keep it stable (standard "concentration" curl positioning). Starting with your arm fully extended down toward the floor, curl the handle straight up toward your chest. At full curl position, contract the biceps hard, then slowly lower back to the start position. Complete all reps on that side, then repeat on the other arm.
